Residing at the CJL, Ruth is a member of Princeton University's Office of Religious Life (ORL). Ruth is delighted to be part of a staff committed to creating a community that is supportive of students and welcoming to all. Ruth began her Princeton career in 2007 as part of the first Whitman College staff. She holds a B.A. in Telecommunications from Indiana University, Bloomington. Most of her career was spent at AT&T as a manager supporting business long distance customers. Before coming to Princeton, Ruth devoted a few years to the homefront, also serving as a school volunteer, freelance writer and substitute teacher. She has two daughters in college. In her free time, Ruth enjoys travel and the great outdoors, especially biking and hiking. She also likes to explore different cuisines and restaurants with friends, dabbles in gardening and home improvements, and does volunteer work for the Red Cross.
